McCartin's charges by the square foot for all carpet, area rug, and tile and grout cleaning. Square foot calculation is Length x Width= Total SF

We have a minimum charge of $250 before tax.

• Wall-to-wall carpet cleaning is .80 SF and steps are $8 per step.

• (COMPLETELY EMPTY ROOMS) Wall-to-wall carpet cleaning .70 SF

• Tile and grout must be quoted on-site

• Upholstery Cleaning

  • Sectional sofas must be seen either in-home or a picture sent via email to be quoted. (Call if you'd rather text a picture and we can give you a cell.)

  • Standard 7ft sofa $225*

  • Standard 5ft loveseat $150*

  • Standard accent chairs $100*

  • Recliners $125*

  • Dining chairs (seat $25, back $20)

  • Oriental area rugs are hand-washed in our shop at $ 6SF
     

* removable seat/back cushions $15 each additional
