COVID 19 UPDATES
UPDATE DECEMBER 13, 2020
While we currently still have the green light to operate as normal, we continually reconsider safety precautions and measures that we should and need to take to keep our customers and employees safe. We are continuing all of our safety precautions outlined in the list and video below and are kindly imploring our clients to please wear a mask when we are in your home and within close proximity. We appreciate your respect and conscientiousness.

We continue to monitor the current health crisis and adhere to all CDC and Pennsylvania State recommendations and precautions.
Currently, we are scheduling in-home services for occupied residents and businesses in Bucks County, PA, Montgomery County, PA, and Philadelphia, and New Jersey. We will offer all of our regular services including carpet cleaning, upholstery, and tile & grout as well as on location area rug pick-up and delivery. We will operate with safety protocols in place to protect our customers as well as our employees. Those protocols are:
a) ALL McCartin's staff is required to be symptom-free &remain home if they have had recent exposure to another with symptoms of COVID-19 or has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.
b) ALL staff will wear new gloves and masks on each job.
c) We will expect customers and our employees to respect each other’s space and practice distancing of six feet as much as possible.
d) If you are coming into our facility, you must wear a mask, be symptom-free, and respect the social distance.
2) We will continue to provide “Safe” services such as:
a) Area Rug DROP OFF to our location, please call us. (Please see drop-off instructions below)
b) Scheduling for FREE No Contact Pick-Up & Delivery. Please call for pick up (See below for pick up instruction)

STEPS FOR DROPPING RUGS:
1. Call for an appointment.
2. Provide your name & contact information and the total number of items you are leaving.
3. Drive to back on the building at 401 Camars Drive in Warwick, PA
4. Our staff will unload your items & provide proof of receipt.
5. You will be called after the pre-cleaning inspection with our recommendations.
STEPS FOR NO-CONTACT PICK-UP:
1. Call for an appointment.
2. Provide your name & contact information and the total number of items we are picking up
3. Have rugs rolled and left outside
4. You will be called after the pre-cleaning inspection with our recommendations.
5. We can either store it for free for three weeks or we can deliver it back to your doorstep rolled and wrapped.
